The three doshas create a natural rhythm. Being out of tune with one’s unique rhythm and nature’s rhythm causes dosha imbalance and creates dis-ease in body and mind.
Fine tuning one's rhythm takes awareness as well as stillness. One cannot listen to what one needs without slowing down and stopping to hear what the body and soul are asking. What one ingest into body no matter how subtle has an impact on wellbeing.
Taking the time to create sacred daily routine or sadhana through proper five sense intakes is a powerful way to align and connect one's intention with that of mother nature's. Through the divine connection balance can be achieved and health can be restored.
